I found this little gem on Facebook the other day and wanted to wait until the Countdown to Halloween began to write a post about it. "House of Monsters" is a traditional stop motion short in the vein of the Rankin/Bass Classic "Mad Monster Party", which any reader of this blog will know is a favorite of mine. Animator Dawn Brown has worked for years in Hollywood on movies like Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides and Alice in Wonderland decided to take her experience and create her own stories. The "House of Monsters" short and her other monster short "Midnight Snack" are sure to make any Monster Kid happy. I'm looking forward to more adventures of the Monsters.
