I'm not even gonna guess what this was all about. From the looks of it there was probably some big deal being made over a pair of pandas, probably because they are endangered, but it seems the people of the Mu Empire wanted them and send Manda to take them. Note it's the Manda from Destroy All Monsters and not the Atragon version. Anyway it seems Mothra attempts to stop Manda and is unsuccessful...
So it's up to Godzilla who decapitates the giant serpent and rescues the pandas and apparently a kid who like signally touchdowns.
